TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Payment
A booking is secured only after payment of a 50 percent non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on or before collection or delivery of final content unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, EcoCash, and card payments via PayPal.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
The 50 percent booking deposit is non-refundable. If a client pays the full amount before the shoot and cancels, 50 percent of the total payment will be refunded. In cases of verified emergency, rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
3. Arrival and Studio Conduct
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival policy: Base Package – shoot cancelled after 15 minutes; Pro Package – shoot cancelled after 30 minutes; Ultra Package – shoot cancelled after 45 minutes. No smoking or alcohol consumption is permitted during studio shoots. Mawo Studios reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a shoot if conduct is inappropriate or unprofessional.
4. Presentation and Studio Standards
Clients are responsible for arriving well prepared and appropriately presented for their shoot. Mawo Studios reserves the right to decline branding or logo placement, decline publication, or cancel a shoot if presentation does not meet studio standards.
5. Changing Facilities
Changing rooms are available for studio shoots. For outdoor shoots, changing facilities are not guaranteed and clients must arrive prepared accordingly.
6. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery for photos and videos is 2 to 5 working days. Wedding films are delivered within 5 to 14 working days. Expedited delivery is available for an additional 20 USD, subject to availability.
7. RAW and Unedited Files
RAW files are not provided unless requested and agreed upon before the shoot. Unedited JPG files may be requested prior to the shoot.
8. Package Add-Ons
Additional services such as drone footage may be added to certain packages where applicable. Some services are exclusive to Pro and Ultra tiers unless otherwise agreed.
9. Logo and Branding Removal
Final images may include Mawo Studios branding. Branding removal is available upon request at an additional fee of 25 percent of the selected package price.
10. Usage Rights
Clients receive personal usage rights for delivered content. Commercial use requires prior agreement. Mawo Studios retains the right to use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Clients are encouraged to tag Mawo Studios when sharing content on social media, though this is not mandatory.
11. Liability
Mawo Studios is not liable for weather disruptions, venue restrictions, third-party interference, or technical failures beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to payments received.
12. Agreement
By booking with Mawo Studios, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
